What is wrong with this false indigo #579959

Newly planted False Indigo leaves have developed black spots? Please advise if know what could be.

I believe it's leaf spot - which is a fungus and cosmetic only, it won't hurt your plant. Remove the effected leaves and make sure the plant is getting enough circulation.
