Hello! I'm concerned that my zucchini may have a disease. It looks like it could be a mold, but don't know what to do about it and wonder if my plants will survive and the vegetables be edible.

To be honest, the plant looks healthy. Often, zucchini will have some white patterning in their leaves. The fruit itself may have been damaged by hail--did your area receive any hail recently? Even light hail may have targeted the fruit.
But zucchini is also very susceptible to powdery mildew, which might also be what you're seeing--it's hard for me to tell from the photos. This disease usually doesn't affect vigor of the plant, unless it occurs very early in the season. You can remove the worst infected leaves and throw them away.
