How do I bring my pineapple sage and dill back to life? They are both wilting

Both of these houseplants look too deteriorated to save.
We recommend leaving them alone (not watering, since over-watering is the most common way to kill houseplants) and see if they begin to leaf out. Give them as much sun as you can. If they do not leaf out, discard them. They are not rare plants and should not be difficult to replace.
