Can you please help me identify these insects which have started swarming on our house and plants? We live in Silverton.

Thank you for your question. I can’t see them too clearly, but they appear to be snout weevils thar swarm this time of year looking for a mate. The eat only plants, do not bite humans or pets, and will soon set up homes elsewhere.
