Oak Tree Leaves Turn Brown Before Summer #575380

One of my oak tree’s leaves have been getting brown before several years before the summer. What could be the problem? Sent from my iPhone

We need closer photos of the leaves, in focus, to be able to diagnose the issue. You can attach them to a reply. Also a wide shot showing the general growing environment of the tree would be helpful.

This looks like a common fungal disease called anthracnose. It is not serious and treatment is not necessary. It does cause cosmetic damage to the leaves but not long-term damage to the tree. Please refer to the following information found on our website,
