We need closer photos of the leaves, in focus, to be able to diagnose the issue. You can attach them to a reply. Also a wide shot showing the general growing environment of the tree would be helpful.

This looks like a common fungal disease called anthracnose. It is not serious and treatment is not necessary. It does cause cosmetic damage to the leaves but not long-term damage to the tree. Please refer to the following information found on our website,
