This weed is invading my wetland and choking out my grass. Can you identify and ideas how to remove? I have been pulling the weed and get raspy when I am around it.

Hello. I'm glad you've turned to AaEx.
This is a native known as jewel weed (Impatiens capensis) or spotted touch-me-not. It is aggressive but not an invasive; and very easy to pull even by the handsfull. Pull them out before they set seed and you should see less and less of them. Here is more information about them: https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/flower/spotted-touch-me-not .
Other than pulling them, I haven't found any information about how to get rid of them. If you've had them for a few years, it may take a few years for all the seeds that have settled in your gardens to sprout. But keep at it and there will be fewer and fewer.
