My Echinacea PowWow Wild Berry has leaf marks visible on the top of the leaves. I’m not sure what is happening to the plant or how to treat it. Can you help? Here are pictures of the plant, the top of a leaf, and the underside of the leaf. Thank you!

This looks like leafhopper damage on the foliage in the leaft and middle photos. This is a sucking insect.
The right photo shows normal leaf growth.
