Just noticed small brown worms on the underside of the leaves. Picking them off by hand but what are they and how do I control them.? They are destroying the vine!

Without a picture it is hard to guess. The timing is right for grape flea beetle. The adults are small beetles out early in the season and you are seeing the larvae.

A stomach poison such as Sevin should kill them pretty quickly
