Planted as a vine to cover an iron arbor it seems to be dieing. It has few leaves and fewer flowers. The leaves appear to be chewed upon an also diseased. Can I save this plant. I will attach photos. This plant is called Major Wheeler Coral Honeysuckle,

The vines may have died due to the very cold winter with no snow cover. (My honeysuckle vines had a lot of dieback this winter also). Trim out the dead branches (anything that doesn’t bend) and it may also sucker from the base. I don’t know what is chewing on the leaves. You may want to surround it with a fence until it recovers.
