Could you please tell me what plant this is and will it bloom? It is currently 3 feet tall and still growing. I'm inclined to keep it since it looks very interesting but if it is invasive or dangerous then, of course, I will remove it..
We had a bird feeder near that spot over the winter and a sunflower plant is also growing in that area.

This looks like a type of Sonchus, which is a weed known as sowthistle. There is an annual type and a perennial type.
You definitely want to pull it before it flowers and sets seed or you will have more.
