We are seeing very thin worms in the rhoddies after the rain. About 2 to 3 inches long and .020 wide, standing on end dancing. Couldnr find them on line. Do you know what they are? Should we be worried?

Sorry I don't know what they are. They kind of look like eel worms which is a large nematode. I would be very surprised if they do any damage to your rhodies since they don't resemble any pest insects I know of.
