Please tell me there is something I can use to keep gnats from chewing on me when I work in yard. I really can’t even sit on the deck-they are all over me. HELP & thanks

Several kinds of small, biting, fly-like insects commonly called gnats or biting midges are active at this time of year. In southern Minnesota black flies are among the most prevalent.
Read the following bulletin to learn more about them. Unfortunately, there is no simple way to repel or eliminate them.
