Got mold??? #558850

Hello spoke to Ted on the phone about having possible mold or fungus (white powder substance growing on my bush root system and surrounding dirt. In the middle of a project to plant more plants and want to k ow if this is normal or will effect my new plants. Please call me ASAP with a reply so we can co Timor our dig today.
