Can you tell me what is affecting the leaves of my jasmine plants (see photos)? They then fall off. There are a couple planted together, and I can't tell if it is just one that is affected or both since they are intertwined. Haven't seen bugs.

Your plant is evergreen, but even those will shed out the oldest leaves, then with warmer weather and rapid new growth the plants look fine.
