My son just got this out of his hair, we have seen these in our Windows, what is it? It looks like a little bigger than the size of a pinhead maybe three of them together, looks like it has wings but it crawls around we've seen them in our windows on occasion but he was just rubbing his hair when he found this. It was actually in Eastern Washington,  Spokane County, does anyone know what it is, a d should we be worried.  My sons hair is very clean. Can you tell us what it is there is a picture of it on its legs and on its back. Thanks
