Hi, I found this little batch of mushrooms growing in my indoor yucca. I did a bit of Googling, but found several possibilities... I'd like to let them stay if they're harmless. Are they? Many thanks! Gail Gatewood <personal data hidden>

It is a little difficult to identify mushrooms from a single image that does not reveal all of the characteristics needed to do a proper ID. There are several mushrooms that can be found in flowerpots. Most of these mushrooms are decomposers and not plant pathogens. One of the easiest to ID is the flowerpot parasol mushroom which is a bright yellow color. This one might be the skullcap dapperling (Leucocoprinus brebissonii).  This is the best that I can do without greater details about the mushroom.

Thank you so much!

Here are three pictures that I hope will help.

If they're safe, I plan on just letting them stay.

Each mushroom head is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch.

Thanks again!

The extra images do help some in supporting the tentative ID.  I feel that we are at least in the genus Leucocoprinus. Whether or not it is the exact species is still debatable.  It would be very difficult if not impossible to remove the fungus from the soil in which it and the plant are growing.  You might not want to leave the mushrooms for they will generate numerous spores which could spread them to other nearby potted plants.
