This is not an area I have any expertise, but several of my colleagues provided these options.
- Todd Gleason, University of Illinois Media Communications Specialist, News & Public Affairs (Radio) did a piece on this which can be found on YouTube https://youtu.be/952GGQtxhI8 (https://vintageaerial.com/).
- Google Earth Pro has a historical imagery function. You have to download the platform but it is free! Only on the Pro version not normal Google Earth.
