What are these rocks. Found while digging drainage with tractor they are magnetic but also have dark green crystals and gold specks??and very heavy for size. Found 34 to 40 inches below surface?

I am not a geologist, but the rock might be a mineral called iron pyrite or marcasite. Because of the iron content, it would be magnetic. Here are a couple of web sites that describe both minerals:
