White bugs on rose bush #543246

How do I get rid of the critters (See pictures attached.) attacking my miniature rose bush?

This looks like the cast skins of aphids. Take a look at our page on aphids, a sucking insect.  We assume this is a houseplant.  You can wash off the plant with water and keep an eye out for any damage.
