My brother in washington has these little tan very small worms all over there back cement patio. Someone please identify they are worried for there little kids and animals

The best way to identify these small worms is to
take a few in a container with moist soil or paper towel to your brother's extension/Master
Gardener office. They can look at them
under magnification and identify them.
