Hi - I found these bugs in my basement. The pictures are the same bug top and bottom. Could you please tell me what they are and how I can stop them from getting into my finished basement?

Hello,
These are sow bugs. They occasionally enter homes if there is high moisture, usually in a basement. They feed on decomposing organic matter such as is in forest floors or under rocks.
Vacuum them up and reduce moisture levels with a dehumidifier. Reduce clutter to eliminate hiding spaces and food sources. Outside of the home, remove mulch from touching the foundation by raking it away a short distance. Look for sow bugs around the outside the house to find where they are living and might be entering the home.
