I have noticed a lot of yellow pine needles and dead sections in my pine trees. I know a lot of cedars are dying but are my pine trees dying? Would an arborist be able to help them? Thanks.

We viewed the photos. It is normal for many evergreens to exhibit older needle yellowing in the fall. The yellowing precedes shedding of the older needles. We're seeing this happen on many spruces and other evergreens right now and this is most likely what is happening in your tree.

The middle photo looks confusing to us and may not be normal needle shed. Did you cut off the branch of older interior needles. If not, this may be symptoms from a dead root, too much moisture, etc. You can send us photos of the whole tree and this affected area. Otherwise, all you can do is monitor for new growth in the spring.
