Starting my Fall gardening. I think it's time to fertilize the lawn. But what is the best product? I have access to chicken manure, but I am worried that it's too hot for grass.

Chicken manure can be an excellent Nitrogen source, and is an excellent fertilizer if used correctly. The most important factor in safely and efficiently utilizing chicken manure, it to ensure that it has been effectively composted.
