Brown recluse spider #482249

Is this a brown recluse? hanging from framed posture on wall 530 Leslie St. I have small great granddaughters so am concerned if Brown Resclue. From CA and have seen them there & thought this looked like it.

That is an orbweaver (Araneidae), definitely not a recluse.
