I bought a drawf weeping cherry tree last month. We had gotten a lot of rain. My leaves are turning yellow. I have some that something is eating the leaves.Here are some pictures of my tree.

Maples and cherries are getting lots of fungus this year because of the rain. Trees discard damaged leaves when this happens. It's normal that they have leaf damage from leaf eating insects every year, but they can survive that.This year the fungus has been particularly bad and is prompting early leaf drop in maples and cherries.
