Bugs on Mandevilla Leaf #475011

Can you tell me what kind of bugs these are and if they are beneficial or not? Thanks!

Those are stink bug nymphs just hatched from the eggs. They could be Brown Marmorated Sting Bugs (BMSB). BMSB usually have a orange rather than white background color. When they get a little bigger if you see 2 white bands on their antennae you will know if they are indeed BMSB. These nymphs would become the adults that try to overwinter in your house. 
Most stink bugs feed on plants but some are predatory as adults.
