Is this Purple Loosestrife? #473623

Been trying to eliminate this from the front of our property? Is this Purple Loosestrife? Thank you in advance.

Yes, it most likely is purple loosestrife. The square stem is a good indication. Here is a link from the DNR with suggestions on how to control it.
