First photos are plants I have been nurturing all summer, but now realize after the tiny flowers dies off they get tiny little stick to everything burrs. I am guessing weed?
2nd plant has unusual white flower and pretty sure it is a native plant?
3rd photo is again something I have been nurturing all summer too thinking it was columbine but now not sure.
Thank you

Their all native plants, but the first one is not really a desirable home garden plant.
I believe the first plant is Virginia Stickseed: https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/flower/virginia-stickseed
The second plant with the white flowers is culver's root: https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/flower/culvers-root
The third image is a meadow rue, probably early: https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/flower/early-meadow-rue
