Found this tiny guy walking (quickly) along a leaf in the garden. Looks like a small piece of debris but it walked quickly away. Didn't seem to be able to fly. This is the best closeup I could get. The best ID I could find for it was Junk bug or trash bug , but very conflicting ID's.
Anything you can confirm or add to this ID?

Some insect species like Chrysopidae decorate themselves with sand, frass (insect feces and other detritus) or even flower petals in order to camouflage themselves.
