Asiatic Lily Dying #465629

Help. What is wrong with my formerly beautiful lilies? They are completely stunted or barely growing at all. The foliage is also really spiky and looks like death right from when it emerged from the ground. The last picture is one of my healthy lilies for reference. I’m so sad!

Was there anything new that you did in the planting area or added to the soil? Any pesticides used?
