Hello, my golden delicious apple tree recently and quickly developed brown, curled leaves in large areas. Is this fire blight? Is there anything I can do to help the tree? Thank you!

It does appear to be fire blight. It has been pretty bad this year. But your tree does not appear to be totally infected.
Check out the fact sheet on fire blight. You can prune out the infected sections. Just be sure to sterilize your pruners between cuts.
