Magnolia tree deteriorating quickly #455506

We just bought this house in January. It has a big beautiful Magnolia in the front yard. But in the last month the leaves are quickly turning yellow and falling off. It appears even the flowers are dying. Is it sick or crazy spring weather damage?

Magnolia trees typically drop last years leaves this time of year. To be certain, bring a few leaves to our office for a diagnosis.
