We just got some topsoil at Home Depot. We planted some stuff in it. Hundreds of these little buggers keep popping up. Any idea what they are?

We aren't able to tell what they are. Many young plants look like this. It is possible that they are weed seeds that have germinated. Topsoil sales are not regulated in Maryland. Our advice would be to contact the store/and or manufacturer of the product and let them know. Perhaps you can get a refund or exchange for a different product.
