According to this publication from Clemson Extension, aphids, corn earworm and stinkbugs are sometimes a problem on okra in South Carolina. (http://www.clemson.edu/extension/hgic/plants/vegetables/crops/hgic1313.html)
We see a lady bug beetle in the bottom of the photo, and they often feast on aphids.
The other insects are out of focus, but we wonder if they could be scentless plant bugs. Take a look at this link to our sister Facebook page called Bugs, Blooms and Blights: The young wingless, more colorful nymphs: https://www.facebook.com/horttips/photos/pcb.<personal data hidden>6062/<personal data hidden>9424/?type=3
and the older winged ones: https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/21728096_<personal data hidden>6115_<personal data hidden>54763440_n.jpg?oh=...
