This looks like bitter nightshade (Solanum dulcamara). It is perennial, spreading by both underground stems and by the seeds produced once the fruit is ripe and turns red. It is considered to be mildly poisonous. I would encourage you to pull/dig it out as best you can and continue to remove it if it regrows.
