Expert Response
Elephant ears or Colocasia is a genus of flowering plants in the family Araceae, native to southeastern Asia.
They are relatively pest free but can attract mites or white flies or maybe other insects from time to time.
Use an insecticidal soap as needed when these insects are seen.
