I started out with a real nice crop of grapes but recently they are getting brown spots that consume the whole group and sometimes the whole cluster. I have been putting on copper fungicide and Neem oil. Any good opinions would be appreciated.

There is a whole category of grape fruit rots that are attributed to various fungi. Here is a link to a publication on grape rots that offers organic solutions. I recommend you get your grapes tested by Penn State plant clinic to find out what variety of fungus is infecting your grapes. You can take samples to your Somerset County Penn State Extension, or you can mail samples directly to the plant clinic. Here is a link to their website.
