Hi,
It looks like your peppers have a combination of sunscald, insect damage and possibly a disease. It is difficult to diagnose without knowing more about the growing conditions and if the plant is exhibiting other symptoms. Do a large number of the pepper look like this? Are the leaves discolored or showing signs of damage? With the high temperatures we have had recently sunscald can be a problem if your plants do not have enough leaves to shade the fruit.
