I have been getting these very little moths in my Junipers Beard plant. They have little proboscis like the big hummingbird moth that is seen in the evening, and I can see them gathering nectar. What are they?

Thank you so much for getting back to me so fast. I so appreciate. I have really been enjoying watching them. Thank you for the link. Sorry to hear they are on the decline. Will have to check into growing some bunch grass is that is possible.
