Crimson King Maple Tree ant problem #414153

This the 2nd year I noticed black ants crawling around (and out) of a crimson king maple tree in front of my house. What should I do?

Hello,

None of the ants that I know of cause injury to maple trees. The ones you are seeing on your tree are most likely hunting for other insects to eat.
