I have recently took over an apartment and got these ant looking insect crawling all over the apartment.
kitchen, bedroom, bathroom living room, everywhere!! would you please help identify it for me so I could find a solution ?!

You need to get me a closer image that is in focus. put a coin or some other item in the image so I can get a relative size as well.
I can not see enough detail to determine what it is.
Since you have a lot of them, you could also take a sample to the dept of Health and they may be able to identify them or direct you to someone who can.
It looks like a beetle but I can not be sure.
