Tractor supply in spring has chick sales. Coordinate with them regarding when they will offer the next cycle. Otherwise, mail order may be your best bet. Two to try:

Be advised to read carefully all ordering info as their may be minimum numbers and limited seasons to ship on some particular breeds of chickens.  Hatcheries that are NPIP certified are a good bet.
