We would like to have more information.  Does the tree produce flowers or seed pods? An additional photo showing the leaf arrangement on the branches would also be helpful so we can see if they are opposite or alternate (at least a 12 inch branch).

Photo taken from my window. Can you tell what tree is this. I tried to take pix of leaves and flowers, but it’s too high.

This looks like American basswood (Tilia sp.). Look to see if the tree develops the type of fruits shown on the following web page. This will confirm that it is basswood. http://forestry.ohiodnr.gov/basswood
