I have a garden in my back yard that grows whatever the garden wants. This year it brought a bell flower of some sort but I do not know if this is a weed or an actual flower. I have checked online and in my books but can not seem to locate this one. Can you help me?

We'd need to see the whole plant or sharp photos to be sure but we think the blossom in the photo might be a ground cherry flower.

So far as we can tell from the photos, we think the plant might be Virginia Ground Cherry (Physalis virginiana).
