Identifying plant. #402212

This has been growing in my garden for a few years. I was thinking it was a flower or maybe it's just a common weed?

The plant in the photograph may be wormwood or mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). Wormwood/mugwort spreads rather aggressively. It can become a weed if not contained.
