Our Plum trees transplanted to our property three years ago have each this year showed signs of the same disease despite drastic different locations on the two acres.
An Orange fungus spreading from trunk to branch tips. May, spring has just sprung and the new leaves already dieing before they have grown to full size.

Looks like you have a wide variety of problems except for the yellow growths. We have a lot of different moss and lichens that grow on trees in western Oregon but do not cause any harm. The orange or yellow growth is one of these and not to be concerned about:

The leaf problems could be any of several problems. Shothole is a problem this year and looks likely on some of your images. More info here:
