Hi, there are three plants that I keep seeing in my neighborhood and I am wondering if you can help me identify them. I'm attaching photos. One of the red tree-like plant, another is the tall grass with purple flowers, and the other is the bushy plant covering the hill. Thanks if you can help!

Left photo - The tree looks like a Japanese maple, a cutleaf variety. There are many varieties.
Blue flowering plant looks like it may be Spanish bluebells. Google 'Images' to check.
Right photo - This photos is out of focus. It is possible the plant may be Amsonia, a perennial. Check Google 'Images'.
