well their are these redish brown cacoons in my garden and I need some advice or answers to what these mysterious cacoons hold inside

This is a moth pupa. I cannot tell you which species - you might contact the local UC extension office or the local agricultural commissioner to see if they can tell you based upon the size, shape, color, and time of year. Just for fun, hold some of these pupae in a container with some damp soil and a mesh top to allow them to complete development and emerge. Then you can see what they really are!
