Squirrel Nest Removal #392587

I'm not really sure, but I think a squirrel or possible some sort of bird has built a nest about 6 feet / 2 meters up, in a tree between my sidewalk and curb in front of my house. Before I try to remove it, I thought I'd ask if you have an opinion as to what it might be.

We really cannot say for sure what wildlife started to build the nest.   Looks like the beginning of a nest and was not used or it fell apart. We do not think it looks like a squirrel nest.
