I have four 3-4 week-old chicks purchased from a local feed & seed. When should I start worming them, and what product(s) should I use? They will do some free-ranging in our Shaker Heights backyard shared with a dog wormed year-round. Thank you for your expertise.

Hi,
I will be honest and say I have more gardening related experience, and haven't raised chickens myself. However, OSU Extension does has a poultry team that I encourage you to connect with. Here is a link to their website: http://u.osu.edu/poultry/
If you go under the "meet the team" tab, the team member email addresses are listed. All of them are very knowledgeable and experienced chicken growers.
Best Regards,
